1. No refunds

Evaluation (Challenge) fees and Instant Funding fees are one-time charges for immediate access to our services. Once an order is placed and access is granted, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — including change of mind, a failed evaluation, inactivity, or a breach of the trading objectives.

2. Fee reimbursement on passing (Challenge only)

This is a reward, not a cash refund. If you successfully pass a 2-Step Challenge and reach a funded payout, your original Challenge fee is reimbursed together with your first profit payout. This does not apply to Instant Funding accounts and does not constitute a refund of your card/crypto payment.

3. Rule breaches & terminations

If an account is closed for breaching the daily loss, overall loss, or consistency rules, no refund is due and the fee is forfeited.

4. Crypto payments

All payments are made in cryptocurrency and are final and irreversible once sent. Always verify the network and address on your invoice before sending.

5. Chargebacks

Because our services are delivered instantly and fees are non-refundable, any chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension of all your accounts.
